Ban All Nukes Generation (BANG)
"We are the voices of this, the Millennial Generation, who have banded together as the Ban All Nukes Generation. We have a clear and consistent mission: Ban all nuclear weapons, and do it in this generation. All aspects of our work are based on this core mission.
There are some 26,000 nuclear warheads in the world-- 5,000 of which the United States and Russia have pointed at each other on high-trigger alert. This dangerous reality has been seen as merely a Cold War Legacy, but the truth is that we in this generation have inherited an unfair and deadly burden."
They are active in Europe and the United States, and they are open to youth involvement from other regions.

Peace Boat is a Japan-based international non-governmental and non-profit organization that works to promote peace, human rights, equal and sustainable development and respect for the environment.
Peace Boat carries out its main activities through a chartered passenger ship that travels the world on peace voyages. The ship creates a neutral, mobile space and enables people to engage across borders in dialogue and mutual cooperation at sea, and in the ports that we visit. Activities based on Japan and Northeast Asia are carried out from our eight Peace Centers in Japan.
Peace Boat is looking for interpreters and English language teachers to work on the next voyage, as well as interns, volunteers and participants. To learn more, visit the Peace Boat website .
