Listen to the Children
Logan MacGillivray - a 12 years old from Bedford Nova Scotia - has developed a project (with guidance from the Centre for Development and Peace Education) to send 40 foot shipping containers filled with educational, building and recreational materials to refurbish seven schools and build a community resource centre for students and teachers at the Centre for Development and Peace Education headquarters in Mayagba, Sierra Leone
So far, he has raised more then $57,000 needed to send two containers to Sierra Leone along with thousands of dollars worth of supplies.
