United Nations Institute for Training and Research

United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) is focused on building capacity of UN member states to address international issues from environment to governance.  UNITAR offers a variety of online courses.  Start dates for courses are mainly in the last few months of this year, but people are invited to register now.  Topics include Introduction to the United Nations System, Multilateral Negotiation, and United Nations Rules of Procedure.
