NZ Slum City!

NZ Slum City is a weekend event organised by a bunch of 17 year-old Wellingtonians to provide the opportunity for youth to spend a few hours the way 1 billion slum-dwellers spend a lifetime!

When: May 22nd 5pm - May 24th 9am

Where: Frank Kitts Park, Wellington

A safe yet public area is provided for youth groups and schools to build and live in slum houses for the 40 hour famine! Participants are restricted to simple food, clothing and personal items and also compete in challenges that simulate aspects of slum life.
